A relevant Human Rights Council’s resolution has established, for a period of one year, an independent international fact-finding mission to investigate extrajudicial executions, enforced disappearances, arbitrary detentions, and torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment since 2014, to ensure full accountability for perpetrators and justice for victims.
